Stephanie Holmberg
Patient AdvocateStephanie Holmberg was diagnosed with multiple myeloma at age 35. Before her diagnosis, Stephanie was a health coach and small business owner. Now she spends most of her time with family, volunteering at her children’s school, traveling and trying to stay as healthy as possible. With her mother as her caregiver and Dr. Bart Barlogie as her myeloma specialist, she went through the Total Therapy IV protocol at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Myeloma Institute from January 2014 through February 2015. Stephanie was then put on maintenance therapy in Oklahoma City and continues to be followed by Dr. Fritz Van Rhee at UAMS. Stephanie has a loving and supportive husband in Lee Holmberg, and two crazy kids, Harper and Gunnar.
