Richard and Laraine Hyte

Richard and Laraine Hyte are the parents of seven children: three boys and four girls. The Hytes live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Suzanne Hyte is their youngest child and was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma while in college. Richard is a prostate cancer survivor and recalls quiet conversations with Suzanne discussing their shared survivorship. When complications from the flu took Suzanne’s life in 2017, Richard and Laraine decided to honor Suzanne’s memory by celebrating the life Suzanne lived. As Richard says, “Don’t miss the rest of your life. Celebrate the life you have.”
