Brianna Garrison, MSW, LMSW

Brianna Garrison is a Licensed Master Social Worker at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Ms. Garrison obtained her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston. She also maintains a graduate level certificate in Health Disparities. During graduate school, Ms. Garrison was a Clara B. Smith Social Work fellow at MD Anderson. Ms. Garrison’s full-time position at MD Anderson and her work in the community has afforded her the opportunity to focus primarily on patients and caregivers of lymphoma and multiple myeloma. She continues to lead support groups at MD Anderson focusing on caregivers, patients, and parents with cancer. Her work has been highly visible at both local and national conferences including podium, poster and Departmental professional development presentations_._
