Email and Digital Marketing Manager

Position Description:

Patient Power, LLC is looking for an Email and Digital Marketing Manager to lead efforts across all of our email, social media, and SEM/SEO channels. Driving ROI from a variety of channels such as organic search, paid search, advertising, display, and Facebook ads will be a major component of your work. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive event registration, web site traffic/pageviews, subscriber sign-ups and sponsor program goals. This role will also serve as the backup to our Web Publishing Manager. You will also be tasked with combining PPC, analytics, and user experience data into concise, actionable analytics and recommendations. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with benefits. 


  •       Manage campaign optimizations at every stage in the funnel for each promotional effort.
  •       Advise editorial team on improvements for SEO optimizations.
  •       Website publishing CMS support.
  •       Manage project-based campaigns for sponsored programs in Basecamp.
  •       Report on metrics for sponsored programs and put tactics in market to meet program goals in coordination with Community Managers.
  •       Execute SEO and digital campaign strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  •       Manage all social media platforms and boost company online presence.
  •       Production of email marketing campaigns including copy proofing, editing and execution/publishing in coordination with the Community Managers using MailChimp and/or HubSpot.
  •       Work with Patient Engagement team on promotions needed for recruiting.
  •       Work with Graphics Designer on imaging needed for campaigns and make recommendations.
  •       Stay current on the latest in technology; Investigate and experiment with new marketing channels and make recommendations for testing and adoption.
  •       Analyze and report monthly on CTA, CPAs, CTRs along with conversions and overall impact of campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  •       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing methodologies and tools to include website SEO optimization, Google AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and MailChimp (Hubspot is a plus).
  •       Experience moderating social media comments, feedback.
  •       A proven track record in running online campaigns to maximize video views, post views and engagement, as well as driving conversions to membership.
  •       Must have a strong knowledge and proven track record on implementing conversions via web and social
  •       Strong communication skills including copy writing and editing.
  •       Strong background in using data to inform future decisions and segmentation choices.
  •       Comfortable juggling multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams at once while working remotely.
  •       The ability to identify high-potential segments and tailor messaging to fit them.
  •       Capable of identifying what’s worked well in the past and iterating, but also comfortable ideating and implementing brand new ideas from scratch.
  •       Experience with Microsoft Office with advanced abilities in Excel: Advanced formulas and data management, Vlookups, graphs and pivot tables.

Bonus Qualifications:

  •       Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Certification is a plus)
  •       BA/BS in Marketing/Communications
  •       Google AdWords Certification
