PROGRAM DETAILS:

Women often shy away from asking their doctors intimate questions. When the doctor says, “Ok, see you in about six months, do you have any questions for me?,” somehow the answer is frequently, “No, I think that’s it!” This allows important questions to go unanswered doctor visit after doctor visit. And, even when asked, sometimes doctors don’t have the resources or solutions to every woman’s individual concerns. Where do you go to get these questions answered? In this unique program, Andrew is joined by well-known expert, Dr. Hilda Hutcherson, Professor of Clinical Obstetrics-Gynecology, Director of Gynecologic Teaching Associates and Associate Dean of Minority Affairs and Diversity at Columbia University Medical Center College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Hutcherson is also author of the very popular, What Your Mother Never Told You About Sex, a candid, down-to-earth discussion about sex and sexuality. Dr. Hutcherson is also joined by Lisa Martinez, founder and executive director of The Women’s Sexual Health Foundation.
