Weight Loss Surgery: A New Incision-Free Procedure

PROGRAM DETAILS:

In this Patient Power program, Dr. Stanley Rogers will discuss transoral gastroplasty, known informally as TOGA, "incision-free" procedure for weight loss. During this procedure, the surgeon introduces a set of flexible stapling devices through the mouth into the stomach and, with endoscopic imaging, uses the devices to create a restrictive pouch. You’ll also hear from a woman who has had the procedure.
