Urinary problems are not life threatening, but anyone who suffers from them can tell you they certainly affect your quality of life. Having the urge to urinate frequently or experiencing overactive bladder can both be crippling problems. Joining host Andrew Schorr for a discussion on urinary incontinence are two specialists in female urology: Dr. Elizabeth Miller and Dr. Jane Miller, both from the University of Washington Medical Center. The two doctors specialize in helping women who have issues like incontinence, as well as painful issues like interstitial cystitis.

Dr. Jane and Dr. Elizabeth explain the difference between stress incontinence and overactive bladder, or urge incontinence.
