Are Adult Day Centers Covered by Medicare?

No. At this point there are some demonstrations around the country looking at adult day health and home health. Many times people can get some support for adult day health, if they are Medicaid eligible. Sometimes the long-term care insurance will cover some of the adult day health, but otherwise you have to pay for it privately.
