Glaucoma affects more than 4 million people in the US and is a leading cause of blindness.  Because glaucoma progresses slowly over time, early detection is the key to prevent loss of vision. In this program, ophthalmologists from UW Medicine Eye Institute, will discuss diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. You’ll also hear from Carl, a graphic designer, who has benefited from treatment.

Carl Beebe, a 65-year-old graphic designer, was having issues with his peripheral vision.
