The start of school usually also means regular practice and games with a new sports team for the year.  How can you protect your child or yourself from sports-related injuries?  In this program, Dr. Betsy O'Kane and Dr. Sarah Kramer from UW Medicine Health System provide advice and tips for staying healthy and preventing injury. You'll also hear from a teen athlete and her mother as they share their experience with sports-related injuries.
