When it comes to eating disorders certainly there are way too many of us who overeat. But there are others who starve themselves either with anorexia or bulimia. They either eat too little or eat what they want and then force themselves to vomit. And that can lead to a host of health problems and even death. All too often it is young women, who should have their lives ahead of them, who fall victim to eating disorders, perhaps encouraged by the host of entertainment magazines with actresses and models who are painfully thin.
