Patient Power is committed to bringing reliable health information through conversational interviews with leading medical experts and Powerful Patients.  Our goal is to join with your organization in its commitment to support people with serious diagnoses through all stages of their journey, giving them confidence to be more in control of their health care.  Together, we can bring much needed information straight to the people who need it most.

In five years, Patient Power has produced more than 2000 hours of audio and video interviews, bringing together the world’s leading medical experts and their patients to give others valuable information and hope.  We invite you to borrow from our extensive library to augment your informational materials. Audio and video interviews are our specialty and we make it almost effortless for you to embed it on your website, in your email newsletters and on your social media presences on sites like Facebook.  Our audio/video player provides a quick, easy-to-use solution for you and your audience.  You simply choose programs from our library and determine the playlist that’s just right for your community.

Patient Power as Your Own News Crew

Patient Power founder and host Andrew Schorr is a patient advocate who combines his perspective as a veteran medical broadcaster with his passion as a cancer survivor.  Andrew and the Patient Power team can interview the medical leaders in the health topic of your interest in audio and video interviews from major medical conferences where news breaks and throughout the year as progress is made in research and treatment.  Your organization’s leaders can even “sign-on” as guest co-hosts, giving voice to the questions and concerns that stem directly from the patients in your community.  We’ll work with you to win educational grants and support to make this programming happen.

Awareness for your Activities

When patients first receive a diagnosis, they often search for information about their disease.  Over time, they recognize the importance of joining with others who have “been where they are.”  As a source of health information, Patient Power would like to introduce them to your organization through relevant mentions of your major events and news through PatientPower.info, our social media presences and other channels. Our partners are seen prominently on our site and increasingly are part of the content we produce. Our goal is to help patients connect with you.
