Ross Prentice, PhD, MSc
Dr. Ross Prentice is the director of Public Health Sciences Division and is the principal investigator of the Women's Health Inititative Clinical Coordinating Center, which is based at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He was an author on the study published in the New England Journal of Medicine by the Women's Health Initiative that supports the hypothesis that the recent reduction in U.S. breast-cancer incidence is predominantly related to a decrease in the use of combined estrogen plus progestin.
