Dr. Philip Gold is a Medical Oncologist specializing in clinical trials and gastrointestinal cancer at the Swedish Cancer Institute and also serves as Program Leader for GI Oncology at Swedish Medical Center. He is a member of the NCI Colon Task Force and Chair of Colorectal Cancer for the Southwest Oncology Group. Dr. Gold received his medical degree from the University of Miami and went on to complete a residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. He then completed fellowships at the University of Washington in medical oncology and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Dr. Gold is board certified in internal medicine and oncology.
