Dr. Matthew Anderson is Assistant Professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and the Department of Pathology at Baylor and Adjunct Assistant Professor at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Anderson received his medical degree from Yale University and completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He went on to complete a fellowship at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. His clinical interests involve ovarian and cervical cancer. Dr. Anderson devotes a considerable amount of time to laboratory research and is beginning to apply his research findings to develop novel techniques for the diagnosis and staging of ovarian and cervical cancers.
