Marie LeFrancois, Dt.P.
For over 10 years Marie Lefrancois has been a nutritionist specializing in metabolic diseases working in the medical genetics team of the Montreal Children's Hospital of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). She holds a BA in Nutrition from the University of Montreal. Marie’s work involves nutritional assessment, development and education plans for nutritional care of infants, children, adults and pregnant women with inborn errors of metabolism. She is also involved in teaching nutrition component with medical students, residents in genetics, biochemistry and pediatrics during their internship with the genetics team. Mary is a member of the Order Professional Dietitians of Quebec (OPDQ) and the Genetic Metabolic Dietitians International (GMDI).
