Dr. Kevin Billingsley is the chief of the division of surgical oncology and co-director of the OHSU Multidisciplinary Liver Tumor Program at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute. Dr. Billingsley performs surgery on tumors of the liver, bile ducts and pancreas. He also treats patients with colorectal cancer, gall bladder cancer, cancer of the stomach and digestive system and sarcoma (bone and soft tissue cancer). His background includes specialized training in cancer surgery from the National Cancer Institute and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Billingsley received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and served his residency in surgery at Oregon Health & Science University.
