Dr. Cigarroa received his medical degree from Cornell University and completed his residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He followed this with a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at Massachusetts General Hospital as well. He is board certified in cardiovascular diseases, interventional cardiology and internal medicine. He is Clinical Director of Cardiology at Oregon Health & Science University.
