Dr. Chien is Assistant Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine, as well as Medical Director of the Pulmonary Function Testing Laboratory at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. He has won several prestigious awards, including the American Lung Association of Washington Clinical Research Award. Dr. Chien received his medical degree from the Jersey Medical School, completed residency training in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and also completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Washington.
