Janet Piehl, M.D.
Dr. Janet Piehl is the associate medical director for quality improvement and research for the UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics. Dr. Piehl coordinates network-wide initiatives to improve the health and well-being of all patients, especially in the areas of chronic disease and preventive care. She also is a UW clinical associate professor in the department of family medicine. Dr. Piehl grew up in Seattle and trained as a physician within the UW Medicine System. Her patient care philosophy is to work together with her patients to provide the best possible health care based upon the best available medicine. She views health care as a partnership with patients and their families.
