Dr. David Siegel is Division Chief for Myeloma and Lymphoma at the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J.  He earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and his doctorate from the Sackler Institute of Biomedical Sciences at New York University's Graduate School of the Arts and Sciences. Dr. Siegel completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at New York University-Bellevue Medical Center and his fellowship in hematology/oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Siegel is the recipient of the ASCO Young Investigator Award and a Medical Scientist Training Grant and is a George H. Cook Honors Scholar.
