Dave Niehaus has broadcast Mariners baseball since the club's inception in 1977. During his 32 seasons behind the microphone for the Mariners, the "Voice of the Mariners" has missed only 82 games. Niehaus was named the 2008 winner of the Ford C. Frick Award and honored at the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies on July 27, 2008 in Cooperstown, N.Y.
