Dr. Tia Higano is a prostate cancer specialist and professor of medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is also director of the Genitourinary Oncology Clinical Research Group at the University of Washington and a member of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Dr. Higano received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and went on to complete her residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine followed by a fellowship at the University of Washington Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington.
